County Fair Comes to Town!

The annual county fair is on its way once again and the citizens of Pleasantville could not be more delighted! Tourists from far and wide are gathering at the grounds, preparing for delicious food, crazy competitions, and rides that will leave you smiling all day. So come on down and have the time of your life all this week!

Join us! June 18 - June 25/10:00am - 9:00pm

Competitions:

This year welcomes more competitions than any year in the past! Attempt the pie eating contest or try your luck at the famous Guess The Pig's Weight contest where the winner takes home the creature and a check for 100 dollars! Some of our other many fun competitions include:
.3-legged race
.Scavenger hunt
.Balloon/Egg Toss
And so many other fun competitions you definitely don't want to miss out on!

Food Booths:

Along with fun contests, you can enjoy the vast variety of foods from around the world. Everything from corn dogs to corn on the cob to sea food delicacies such as lobster are available to our visitors. But, let's not forget about the array of desserts lined up along the midway! Are you in the mood for freshly popped kettle corn, glazed almonds, or towering cones of ice cream? If so, this year's county fair has your name all over it!

Time of Your Life:

In order to have the absolute time of your life, you must prepare soon! Tickets are available online for $12, (ages 12 and up) $6 for ages 5-12, and children four and under are welcome absolutely free!

And after speaking to some locals about the event, I am sure this is not an opportunity to miss. The Pleasantville County Fair is the highlight of my family's entire year, we go each time and would not miss it for the world, mused Charlotte Smith, a local mother in the area. The fair is not only talked about by citizens in Pleasantville, but the critics are giving rave reviews as well. A piece from Yelp reviewed the event as fantastic and exciting, all around family fun. The food was delicious, the company sweet, a must-go.
